· Carried out troubleshooting on process plant and performed required repairs based on troubleshooting mechanical defects on process plant.

· Prepared note and plant equipment fault and any other information required for the next shift.

· Reviewed and approved daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on all maintenance activities in the plant and prepared yearly budget for the plant and ensure expenses were within budget.

· Stayed up to date with the latest advances in plant technology and techniques to be able to perform assigned jobs effectively.

· Performed and led safety meeting, provide engineering professional and technical leadership ensuring the health and safety of all staffs, product safety and environment were never compromised, and that all engineering activities enhanced business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance.

· Ensured optimum and sustainable operations at factory level, by following the Energy/Water management approach, driving the corresponding reporting system, and respecting safety, Health & environment policies.

· Communicated operational issues and changes at field to management on regular basis, and also wrote detailed technical reports on each work done.
