In 2015, as the secretary to Dr. Victor Bampoe, then Deputy Minister of Health and Incident Commander for the Ebola Operation Center, I:

Accomplishments


I was honored to be selected and sponsored by the Chief Director and the management of the Ministry of Health to attend an advanced training program on Business Agility and Growth Mindset. This program, organized by JPCANN and Associates, took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in London from March 18th to 22nd, 2024. The training focused on equipping participants with innovative strategies and mindsets necessary for fostering agility and growth in a dynamic business environment.

In addition to this international training, I commit to continuous professional development through regular participation in the Scheme of Service Training and Competency-Based Training at the Civil Service Training Centre. These annual training sessions are designed to enhance my proficiency in key administrative skills, including:

Speech Writing: Crafting effective and impactful speeches for various occasions.
Memoranda Drafting: Creating clear and concise memoranda for internal communication.
Letter Composition: Developing professional and formal correspondence.
Records Management: Implementing best practices for efficient and accurate record-keeping.
Administrative Management: Overseeing and improving administrative processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

These ongoing training efforts ensure that I remain adept in my role and continue to contribute effectively to the Ministry’s objectives and public service excellence.
