I was honored to be selected and sponsored by the Chief Director and the management of the Ministry of Health to attend an advanced training program on Business Agility and Growth Mindset. This program, organized by JPCANN and Associates, took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in London from March 18th to 22nd, 2024. The training focused on equipping participants with innovative strategies and mindsets necessary for fostering agility and growth in a dynamic business environment.
In addition to this international training, I commit to continuous professional development through regular participation in the Scheme of Service Training and Competency-Based Training at the Civil Service Training Centre.
