Responsibilities and major achievements:-

• Oversees development of project documents and timely implementation of monitoring plans for all project activities, and ensures that data required for SRC performance benchmarks and results frameworks are produced.
• Proactively identify challenges in project implementation and context, consult with Country Coordinator and provide constructive feedback to staff and partners.
• Led development of RMNCAH project proposal worth CHF 1.1 million, and provided technical support and guidance to project partners in project implementation and management.
• Led design and production of RMNCAH Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) materials to promote positive RMNCAH behaviours.

• Provided technical advice and direction in development, implementation and management of Maternal Newborn Child Health (MNCH) project.
• Closely collaborated and networked with MNCH, DRR/CCA, EHS and WASH stakeholders both at National and field levels for adequate representation of Swiss Red Cross (SRC).
• Worked closely with GRCS and GHS to develop project documents and provided oversight.
• Developed, coordinated and managed MNCH project with budget of over CHF 1.8 million in 2018.
• Monitored project progress, identified risks and took corrective action as needed.

• Led Capacity and Vulnerability Assessment in 20 DRR project communities.
• Coordinated and supported GRCS and SRC relief operations in Ghana.

Achievements:-

• Gained project planning, management and field experience in Eye Health Project, partnership building with GRCS and GHS as partners in implementation of EHS Project.
• Supported GRCS in Volunteer Development and Management Systems.
