A community health/adult education programme development and management professional with over 18 years of sound experience in project development, implementation, coordination and management using project cycle management approaches. Evans is experienced in partnership building, stakeholder management, financial planning and budget management, monitoring and evaluation, operational research, social and behaviour change communication, community engagement and accountability, cash voucher assistance, volunteer development and management as well as capacity building/training, within the International NGO (INGO) setting.
