• Endeavour Mining: Successfully set up and implemented all maintenance management systems and strategies on Endeavour’s flagship owner-mine project. Also played a key role in the successful development and implementation of maintenance ramp-down plan another EDV site. Drafting and implementation of Endeavour’s Global Asset Identification Policy. Spearheaded cost saving project leading to 50% reduction on SOS cost and 75% improvement in turn around time. 95% success rate on warranty claims accruing over $500k credit note in 2018.
• African Mining Services (Guinea): Improved maintenance reaction times by 45% and improved equipment delays (stoppages/queuing/fueling times) through Dispatching system optimization.
