I am a Field Technician with over 10 years of experience in satellite communication systems and IT network infrastructure. My technical skills enable the seamless installation and maintenance of VSAT and IT networks, having successfully deployed over 350 VSATs and network infrastructures across Ghana. I am a Certified Global VSAT Forum (GVF) examiner and hold multiple professional certifications from GVF. Demonstrated experience in providing technical field support to major Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Ghana, as well as outsourcing technical support services for companies outside of Ghana. Passionate trainer eager to assist new entrance technicians in advancing their knowledge and skills to achieve career goals. Known for teamwork and adaptability, consistently exceeding expectations under dynamic conditions. I am currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology.

Spectrum Fibre Ltd, a Ghanaian-based ISP, outsourced ATESAT 40 Venture to migrate 54 NHIS sites from YahClick satellite to Konnect Africa (Eutelsat) satellite.

Role: Field Support Technician responsible for the migration.


  • Installation of VSAT Modems and Change in Configurations at National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) Sites - 2023

Spectrum Fibre Ltd outsourced ATESAT 40 Venture for the installation works at 65 NHIS sites.

  • Eddy Covariance Tower (Carbon Tower) Installation - 2017 to 2023

The project is a partnership between the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Sunyani, Ghana and the Global Change Research Institute (CzechGlobe) in the Czech Republic. The primary objectives of this project are to monitor, understand, quantify, and model the exchange of CO2 between the tropical forest ecosystem and the atmosphere.

  • Spire Global Antenna Installation - 2021

The project is a satellite ground segment co-location service provided to Spire Global through a partnership between Media Broadcast Satellite GmbH in Germany and the Earth Observation Research and Innovation Centre at the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Ghana.

Role: Techinical team member responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance.


  • COSMIC-2A (Equatorial) Baseline Ground Station Antenna Installation - 2017

A 3-meter X/Y Fibre antenna system has been installed to support the operations of the COSMIC-2 satellite, including data acquisition and telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C). This station is one of ten COSMIC-2A stations that comprise the Equatorial Baseline Ground Station Architecture, which supports the COSMIC-2 project. The network of stations reduces data latency by an average of approximately 30 minutes. The Earth Observation Research and Innovation Centre at the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Ghana hosts the ground station through a partnership agreement with Atlas Space Operations Inc. in the USA.

  • Satellite (VSAT) Installation for Genser Energy Ghana Ltd – GEGL sites (Tarkwa, Wassa and Edikan) – 2021

Oasis Networks, based in Madrid, Spain, is an international system integration and VSAT field engineering company outsourced ATESAT 40 Venture for the installation works at the  GEGL sites (Tarkwa, Wassa and Edikan).

  • Deployment of Telespazio SD-WAN for Advans Ghana Savings and Loans Ltd (19 branches across Ghana) – 2021

Oasis Networks, based in Madrid, Spain, is an international system integration and VSAT field engineering company, outsourced ATESAT 40 Venture for the deployment works at the 19 Advans Ghana Savings and Loans Ltd branches across Ghana

  • Ministry of Education Free WI-FI Project – 2020

Busy Internet, a Ghanaian-based ISP, subcontracted ATESAT 40 Venture to install over 250 satellite (VSAT) systems for internet connectivity in Senior High/Technical schools, Colleges of Education, and District, Municipal, and Regional Education offices across Ghana.

  • ECOM Agrotrade Limited depots internet connectivity project (installed VSAT at 20 depots) – 2019

Teledata ICT Ltd outsourced ATESAT 40 Venture for installation at their 20 depots across Ghana.
