- I was in charge of organizing the team and assigning roles for the recruitment of new members for AIESEC in UMaT.
- Generated income for the LC through selling of recruitment forms
- Worked collectively with my team to handle all tasks within the given timeline.
- Sent out approximately 100 emails and responded to emails.
- Handled interview process with some members of my team and brought on board some Alumni for more enhancement.
- Assigned tasks to new recruit to help identify the responsible and proactive ones.
