Football is acknowledge as a beautiful game. its played on a field which consist of 11 players of each team including goal keeper. The objective is to score more than your opponent by getting the ball into the net. The matches are played over 45 minutes halves, also football has rules that are used to ensure strictness of the games in other to prevent unnecessary fouls. I started playing football since childhood and i find my happiness in playing football with my colleagues. i had the opportunity to represent my school way back in high shool in zonal inter schools competition i also had the privilege to be part of my school team at the university in other to represent my school in Gusa (Ghana Student University Association )Games this game took place in Ghana. Im right footed and my position is 8 ( midfield).
Basket ball is a fast-paced sport played on a rectangular court. Each team has 5 players and goals are scored points by shooting the ball through the opponents hoop. The game is divided in 4 quarters with 12 minute playing time. Way back in high school i was the captain for my team and at the university i was part of my hall team and i really enjoyed playing basketball.
Both football and basketball have carved out significant in the world of sport. Football emphasis on strategy,teamwork and the excitement of major tournament contrast with basketball fast paced action,skillful,dribbling and scoring. Each sports offer a unique thrills and has its own following contributing to a global athletics culture that brings people together so share their love to each other
