I am a self-motivated person with 14 years of working experience from diverse industries ranging from real estate, social research, petroleum and law. I have been a programmes officer at the Ministry of Energy for six (6) years. Currently, the secretary to the Government of Ghana Negotiation team on petroleum agreements. I have a wealth of experience in carrying out research on the oil & gas industry relating to compliance and stabilisation clauses in Petroleum Agreements, risks in Gas Sales Agreements with the use of sovereign guarantees or letters of credit and options. I have also contributed significantly to stakeholder consultations on the Blue Print Policy of the Petroleum Upstream sector and scaling up of project activities with timely research. I possess in-depth knowledge in data application for development, excellent work experience in policy advice with governmental partners, cross-country and cross-cultural teams. Reviewing Plan of Developments, Decommissioning trust fund financing of projects, focusing on analysis of project proposals, drafting of necessary documents and agreements, negotiating those agreements, and participating in the supervision of their implementation.
