Accomplishments
  • During my work as a health care assistant at A1 hospital, i spearheaded the accessibility of health care in the remote areas in Ahafo Ghana. Together with my team,we made health care accessible to the remote areas that could not afford to come to the hospital.


  • I also pioneered the education of patients in those remote areas. Together with my team, we gave education to patients concerning the most occurrent diseases, prevention controls, managements, and treatments of those diseases, a common example was malaria.


  • Working as a health care assistant gave me an instant gratification. i got the opportunity to make tangible difference in the life's of people in need. i got the opportunity to work with elderly individuals and individuals with disabilities , i was glade i contributed to the improvement of the quality of life's of patients.


  • I learnt from patients experiences during my field of work. I realised that each patient had unique way of life experiences and stories to share .During my encounter i gain valuable insight into perspectives,different cultures and life journeys. i was able to develop essential qualities like compassion and empathy.
