• PUMP MECHANIC UNDERGROUND GOLDEN STAR 2019, Perform installations, maintenance, overhauling of pumps both multi stage and single stage., Perform other related mechanical duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit., Maintenance and services of loco'., Inspect, repair, install and test mechanical equipment in order to ensure that mandatory legislatives are met., Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in order to improve equipment Availability., Responsible for housekeeping and safety in underground.
• SHIFT MECHANIC FUTURE GLOBAL RESOURCES, Carry out routine maintenance on cv01, CV 02 and 03 conveyers., Services of bearings and gearbox, vibrating screen, feeder., Inspections of mechanical system, and component to identify fault and repair or adjust., Maintenance of conveyors, tracking, changing of rollers etc., Dismantling and re-assembling of the cyclone, changing of the liners., Services of hydraulic power unit., Carried out preventive and shutdown maintenances on primary crusher., Installation and maintenance of centrifugal pumps., General lubrication on the machinery., General cleaning., Maintenance of heat exchangers., Comply and follow the operating procedures and environmental rules for the performance of assigned job., Reporting to supervisor any observed environmental deviations, practices and conditions as well as make suggestions to improve any aspect of environmental management., Report directly to the Plant Mechanical Supervisor on issues identified., Ensure good housekeeping is done at the Plant and equipment., To improve preventive and corrective actions as necessary., Identify and communicate any issue that may cause a down time., Monitor equipment performance and take proactive measures to address symptoms of potential failure., Execute daily pre start checks of equipment and tools prior to leaving workshop, plant, escalate and report abnormalities., Providing data and information to support the maintenance planner's to close work order in pronto on completion.
