With respect to my current achievement, this entails the job I accomplished at Abosso GoldFields and Irani brothers and others company Limited which involves the following types of maintenance at the engineering department;

•Preventive maintenance

•Corrective maintenance

• Shutdown maintenance

• Breakdown maintenance

•Overhauling of mechanical components, Pumps (positive and non-positive displacement pumps), Bearing assembly, Gearboxes, Heat exchanger

•Replacement of damage mechanical parts such asDirectional control and Flow control valves (knife gate valve, butterfly valves, ball valves, non-return valves, etc.), Drive belts (vee belts), Oil filters (CJC filter insert, recirculation oil filter of gyratory crusher lubrication and hydroset system), Bearings (taper roller, ball bearing, cylindrical roller bearings, etc.)

•Rebuilding of gyratory crushers bowl and mantle.

•Drilling holes in flanges using pillar drilling machine as part of workshop maintenance works

•Replacement damaged of ball mill and sag mill seals (Y-seals and V-seals)

•Keeping records of maintenance and repair works for effective operation.

• Preventive maintenance on caterpillar dump trucks(777 and 785)
• Component change out such hydraulic hoses, hydraulic pumps and others in caterpillar dump trucks.
