Accomplishments
- Staff Deposit Promotions Awards. As attached or provided, i was the second best in Staff Deposit promotion in 2022. i was again the third best in 2021 and 34th position in 2020.
- Change over a decade loss making branch into profit: i was privileged to lead hard working team to change Kpeve branch of ADB, which Management was considering to close down into a profit making branch in 2022. Kpeve branch of ADB was established in June 2010 which has remain a loss making branch until i was transferred there as the Branch Manager on 18th September 2021 and by July 2022, the branch made profit and has remained profit making branch till date.
- Transform under performing Ho Branch: Management transferred me to Ho branch once again to rescue underperforming Ho branch in May 2024. Suffice to say, Ho branch is currently among the third best branches in our Area.
- Best Sales person in ABSA: In 2008, i won the best sales person after bring Police personnel at Base workshop in Accra to be granted personal loans
