• Assisting in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, such as pumps and balance of plant equipment.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and alignment checks.
• Monitoring equipment performance and recording data.

Materials:

• Assisting in inventory management and control of spare parts and supplies.
• Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conducting materials and equipment inspections.

Instrumentation:

• Assisting in the maintenance and calibration of instrumentation equipment, such as sensors, transmitters, and controllers
• Participating in instrument testing and troubleshooting.
• Assisting in the installation of new instrumentation equipment.
• Monitoring instrumentation performance and recording data.

Operations:

• Observing and learning about the operation of the power plant.
• Assisting in the preparation of operating reports and logs.
• Learning about the regulatory requirements for operating a power plant.
