• Continuously provide essential data summary analyses, reports, and expert technical advice to the Regional Director, ensuring informed and data-driven decision-making for ongoing healthcare service improvements.
• Maintain and optimize data collection processes, including the DHIMS2 platform and other database systems, to ensure continuous statistical efficiency and high data quality. This ongoing effort aligns regional performance with national performance indicators.
• Regularly prepare and provide insightful reports, maintaining transparency and keeping senior management informed about the operation and progress of quality improvement initiatives, which is pivotal for ongoing success.
• Conduct continuous field monitoring and on-the-spot-check activities to collect Data Quality Assurance (DQA) data, ensuring the ongoing identification and resolution of areas requiring improvement, thus maintaining high data accuracy.

• After 5 months Kintampo North and South were able to manage and stabilize emergency cases resulting from mostly road accidents between Tamale and Techiman stretch

• Led in the training of 100 Community health nurses to become community Health officers in the Bono East region with support from the US government through the WHO sponsor – September, 2022
