PERSONAL PROECT AS AN ENGINEER {contractor}

• From 2012 till date I have been operating as a private supervisor { Engineer} / contractor, which I built a private hospital at bawjiasi papillary known as Anti fusty hospital in Ghana, also handled a 3 bedroom bungalow at Blue Rose estate kasoa big apple, Ghana. 4bedroom duplex in 5 units at Utako Anthony Anehoro street Abuja Nigeria, another 4bedroom duplex with pent house semi detach house at Jebi Abuja. I also did a 5bedroom duplex with pent house at GRA Bodo road Porthar-court Nigeria, and many more in Lagos, Uyo, Calaba and some other state in Nigeria.
• Improved project efficiency by implementing advanced engineering techniques and cost-effective construction methods.
• Developed comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocations for successful project execution.
• Monitored job progress and performance of employees or contractors to complete projects prior to deadlines.

• I work there from 2010- 2011 as a supervised. Where I supervise 4bed room duplex with pent house at Ibadan Nigeria, 3bed room flat in 6 units at Oniru lekki lagos,
• Actively communicated with crew and responded effectively to all questions, helping to build positive working environment for all.
• Scheduled labor, ordered materials and coordinated with other contractors to complete projects.
• Delivered vital safety information in preconstruction meetings with contractors and subcontractors and complied with established safety standards during pre- and final inspections of construction projects.
• Oversaw personnel safety and efforts at work site.
• Evaluated team member strengths and assigned tasks based upon expertise and background.
• Managed resources efficiently during multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing attention to detail or site safety standards.

I worked there as site supervisor (Engineer).

I was involved in 3bedroom flat in four units at road 12 Lekki phase 1 Lagos. We also did a 6 bedroom duplex at Nikon town estate road A Lekki phase 2 Lagos. I supervised 33rooms studio apartments at Osapa Lekki Lagos, lastly 4bedroom duplex in 4units road 12 Lekki phase 1lagos. I handled this entire project from foundation to finishing.
