Core Duties:

• Prepares documents such as Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), Bills of Quantities, Contract Documents, Progress Reports, Building Estimates, etc.
• Prepares weekly work programs and materials requirements, ensuring the smooth execution of work activities.
• Performs accurate site measurements for IPC preparation, daily progress reports, and work scheduling.
• Prepares quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction work items.
• Created detailed schedules for payments to subcontractors based on the completion of specific milestones.
• Ensured compliance with safety regulations throughout the project duration.
• Utilized specialized software for quantity surveying and cost estimation to enhance accuracy.
