My Role on the Project:
I served as a key member of the project team with a focus on technical expertise and project management.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Needs Assessment: Conducted a thorough analysis of the region's water sources, identifying contaminants, water quality issues, and the specific needs of the community.
System Design: Collaborated with engineers and water quality experts to design a customized water treatment system tailored to the identified needs. This included selecting appropriate treatment methods such as filtration, chlorination, UV disinfection, and chemical dosing.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensured that the water treatment system adhered to all relevant local and national regulations and standards for water quality and safety.
Procurement: Managed the procurement process, including sourcing equipment and materials, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery.
Installation and Construction: Oversaw the construction and installation of the water treatment system, coordinating with contractors and local authorities to ensure proper implementation.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducted rigorous testing and quality control checks at various stages of the project to verify the effectiveness of the treatment system and compliance with safety standards.
