- Responsibilities includes and not Limited to; Guide and Support communities on the implementation, reporting, monitoring and evaluation of projects
- Recruitment and management of Rehabilitation Assistants /Rehabilitation Technical Assistants to perform farm rehabilitation activities
- Lead in the day-to-day field implementation of farm rehabilitation activities
- Mobilize and sensitize community members into formidable working clusters to jointly undertake projects in collaboration with CHED (Cocoa Health and Extension Division, COCOBOD)
- Liaise with communities to secure accurate and timely project reports, providing clear Terms of Reference and ensuring consistency with Afarinick /Kumad reporting requirements

- Receives company assets/working tools and ensure their proper usage, management and safe keeping
- Ensures new rehab farms are properly surveyed and farm data properly stored using Quantum GIS, Quantum Field software.

- Adding other existing features like Topographic and drainage features within cocoa farms to the measured or surveyed map
- Fill all attribute data accompanying the surveyed data correctly and completely including data on cocoa Region, District and ownership, cocoa age, type and shading of cocoa farms and cocoa swollen shoot disease as well as other extra farming activities undertaking by cocoa farmers
- Register all farm owners and issue ownership cards to them on completing farm surveys
- Submit weekly, the number of farms surveyed to the District Cartographer for downloading
- Assist District Cartographer in editing collected data
- Perform extra cartographic functions as assigned by the District Cartographer.
