Additional Information

The final year of studio work for my undergraduate degree revolved around "Plan Implementation Management" in Juaben Municipality. As the leader of a team of five members, we were responsible for overseeing the preparation of a monitoring and evaluation report on the implementation status of the municipality's medium term development plan. Additionally, we developed a communication and information dissemination plan for the municipality. Furthermore, a stakeholder analysis to identify key parties involved in the project's implementation was conducted. To support the project, we also created a funding proposal and procurement plan to secure necessary resource for the project.

The third-year studio work, focused on preparing a municipal Medium-Term Development Plan (MTDP) for the Juaben Municipality. The team conducted various activities including a reconnaissance survey, literature review, data collection, and analysis. We also performed geospatial analysis, problem identification, needs assessment, and prioritization. Additionally, accessibility and environmental analyses were conducted. All these efforts resulted in a comprehensive report that was presented to a panel for assessment.

Second-year studio work was themed "Rural Planning and Resource Development" where we conducted a study in the New Koforidua community in the Juaben Municipality. With a team of seven members, we conducted socio-economic, environmental, demographic, and spatial analyses of the community. The outcome was a comprehensive report that included the presentation of findings and recommendations to a panel for assessment.

The first year of my undergraduate studies, I conducted an in-depth interview with a stationary shop owner for my studio workshop. I prepared an environmental notebook to document the activities carried out by the interviewee and identified major problems that negatively affected the shop's business operations as well as provide recommendations to mitigate identified problems.

Throughout the studio works, I consistently took on the role of team leader, demonstrating my ability to oversee and coordinate the efforts of my team members.
