MARKETING

  • Marketing the Bank’s products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Searching for prospective customers etc
  • Liaising between the Bank and the Banks retail customers
  • Getting to know Banking problems of customers and recommending solutions
  • Liaising with SME and branch managers to resolve customer complaints

  • Preparing monthly reports on maturing fixed deposits.

CLEARING ACCOUNT:

  • Vetting of other Banks cheques to ensure the cheques are complete and regular
  • Scanning outward clearing cheques
  • Issuing debit notes where necessary to other banks to retrieve the proceeds of cheques erroneously accepted by us
