- Efficiently arrange delivery of seedlings, fertilizer, PPE, tools and other inputs to farmers as per an agreed programme
- Efficiently conduct inspection of completed field activities on the farms of my assigned farmers and ensure set targets are achieved by farmers
- Ensure that farmers and hired labour adhere to all SHEQ and RSPO practices
- Help farmers create SHEQ and RSPO awareness amongst themselves through SHEQ talks
- Prepares weekly and monthly report of the assigned zone
- Allocate plot and Supervise labour for maintenance (weeding, chemical spraying, fertilizer application and pruning)
- Supervise harvesters and carriers for harvesting and carrying of oil palm fruits
- Evacuate palm fruits from the field to the factory.
