- Gaining proficiency in fundamental concepts of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as they are integral to my project
- Seeking guidance and mentorship from officers experienced in these programming languages.
- Commencing with basic coding exercises to grasp the fundamentals of these languages.
- Installation of XAMPP to be able to use MySQL, creating tables on my own using this software, linking MySQL which is the database to the php, and gathering all necessary information to then start with the project.
- Together with my project partner, we selected the project that we would be working on as our final year project which was an Employee leave system and started working on my part.
- Creating the interfaces for the system and discussing how the interface should look like with the supervisor.
- Creating tables and working on the database for the system.
- Linking the database to the interface and php side of the coding.
- Running and testing the system to find out any error.
