*Special and routine home visit services to families in deprived communities

*Conduction of child immunisation and general vaccination sessions which includes COVID-19 vaccination

*A team member in detection of communicable diseases proactively through standardised health measures and criteria and formulating rightful holistic hypothesis in managing such cases

*Delivering health talks and health education through counselling and guidance services

*Assisting in giving medications to patients on a health standardised order and report adverse effect and or abnormality

• Administer medications via oral, IV, and intramuscular injections and monitor responses.
• Perform various nursing interventions such as wound dressing, vital sign monitoring, and specimen collection.
• Assess physical, psychological, emotional and cognitive status of patients.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes in physical presentation, appearance and behavior, and discuss treatment with physicians.

• Monitoring patients' vital signs and report detected abnormalities to supervisory staffs
• Maintain effective and therapeutic communication skills with to promote a positive sense of patients wellbeing
• Support clinical instructors by demonstrating proper nursing techniques and assisting fellow interns in skill development
• Track patients' recovery records by upholding proper and effective documentation
• Assist in surgical procedures such as wound dressing and suturing
