The independent evaluator is required to support the finalisation of the evaluation design and implementation including input into school selection and sampling for the Randomized Control Trial (RCT)
The IVA would, following the National Standards Assessment Test (NSAT) and Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) Assessments, also verify that they have been carried out according to the verification protocol developed
