  • Ensure the outsource partners maintain compliance with all current & future Vodafone Health & Safety standards when administering Vodafone estate portfolio
  • Monitor the daily performance of outsource MANAGED SERVICES (MS) and PASSIVE operation partners, ensuring the delivery of the operational network performance SLA & KPI defined in the service schedule
  • Act as the primary point of contact to assist the MS and PASSIVE outsource partners in resolving related issues which impact onto MS and PASSIVE performance
  • This will typically include the following requirements: Fault rectification (e.g BSC, BTS, TX, DSLAM/MSAN faults), including raising issues, tracking progress and proactively delivering a resolution
  • Support initiatives to deliver continual service enhancements, including revisions to the SLA requirements
  • Provide inputs into the Business Continuity plan as required
  • Act as focal point to deliver resolution to customer complaints (both internal and external) which result from the performance of the Huawei MS team, Eaton, G&J Technical services, Power logistic etc Influences the planning process to ensure the partners align with the operational requirements
  • Provide support to other departments/ units operating from Accra and other regions, (Networks, RAN, PMO office, IN) etc
  • Conduct monthly one on one with Health, Safety and well being with my Direct Reports
  • Projects: Leading Operations support team to carry out the following project; Relocation of 11 rooftop site to HTC or ATC site due to H&S reasons Installing commissioning and integrating the Awaso–Redback Mining–Bosomioso transmission link to replace Awaso-Bosomoiso link due to frequent failure on the link
  • NBBU project, swapping all the NEC ADMs with NSN ADMs on the Kumasi Tamale NEC link to allow 3G service and Fast Ethernet services to be deployed on that transmission route
  • Planning, rollout and commissioning of Telemisis Site Watch Remote monitoring and Site automation systems Retained exchanges alarm poll-in to NOC project Retained exchange power saving project to cut down on the power consumed at these exchanges
