Job description
  • Worked with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes by developing comprehensive treatment plans that addressed medical, social, and psychological factor.
  • Participate in ward activities and rounds.
  • Assist in the transfer of patients and manual handling in compliance with hospital policy.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic patient care environment.
  • Ensure effective communication with colleagues, patients and visitors in the ward.
  • Discuss treatment of condition with patient and relatives where necessary and encourage them to ask questions.
  • Advise on the promotion of health and prevention of illness, teach patients and their relatives where appropriate.
