- As the senior architect of Modula Grup, I aided in the acquisition of the proposed site for the World Cocoa Centre on behalf of the client
- I further supervised the review of the design for the World Cocoa Centre from Messrs Brightwater (the developer and promoter) and prepared review reports to the Client
- On completion the World Cocoa Centre will serve as the headquarters of the Ghana Cocoa Board and the country’s largest agricultural tourist attraction.

- As an affiliation with ADK Consortium under Modula Grup, I was the part of the employer’s engineers and played the role of the architect in the review of the Inception, preliminary and draft final report of Contracta, the Contractor employed by the client to construct the Terminal 2 under a Design and Build.

- The project is proposed to be located at Ridge opposite the Ecobank head office

- I was the project architect in the design of the five (5) storey office block including a sub-basement
- I coordinated all the specification and engineering drawings from all consultants on the project
- Proposed Campus for the University of Ghana Business School, Legon
- I put together the Expression of Interest document for the project
- I was part of the team that developed the design for the proposed business school campus.

- I was the assistant project coordinator of the renovation and rehabilitation works to the structural and mechanical installations of the facility
- This would include a complete overhaul of the septic tank system
- It was replaced with a durable and environmentally friendly Bio Digester
- Rehabilitation works also included the stripping down of the railing system employed within the spiral stairs, where it was replaced with modern robust and enduring railing systems imported from Italy.

Career Goals
My plan is to first develop myself professionally, in all aspects, within my field of architecture. Project Management is a key integral component of the profession and as such it is my dream to advance my knowledge in this discipline. Ultimately my goal is to grow my own practice with specialties in design, Contract administration, Construction, Project procurement and management. This practice would be a team up of architects, engineers and environmental specialists.
