It is no longer enough for employers to simply 'embrace' change. Continuous improvement must become a way of doing business, where people actively seek improvements and where systems and process support initiative.

Value Added to GNPC

  • SAP implementation in GNPC stalled since 2016. In a determined effort to make real the potential of the SAP software to GNPC, I led the team, as part of the main coordinators, in the SAP remediation project to increase SAP use from 40% to about 85%.
  • Ensured the signing of all Exploro Audited financial statements from 2013 to 2022, to enable the transfer of JOHL. The 2020-2022 Exploro financial statement were Prepared, submitted to Ernst and Young for audit in June and signed on 26th June, 2023
  • The first time that GNPC has placed 1st out of 54 SOEs for submissions to Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD -NAD and SOE DFs) in respect of 1st quarter 2023.
  • Completed the draft financial statement of JOHL for 2021 to 2022 for audit
