Mr. Desmond K. Barima has over 10 years of construction experience. He graduated from KNUST in 2014 with Masters in Architecture. As a skilled architect, Desmond aspires to be known in the design and construction industry with the capacity to design and assist in the creation of places of enduring value. He is dedicated to the acquisition of knowledge with focus on sustainable designs and Building Information Modelling (BIM). He focusses on continuous education in the design and construction field especially with the increasing pace of technology; he always seeks ways to catch up with technological advancement in the Design and construction industry. His strong positive attitude gives him solid approach to achieving tasks and objectives with determination and decisiveness. He strives to maintain high integrity, honesty and professional ethics; seeking to learn and develop. He seeks new responsibilities irrespective of reward and recognition. He is affable, fair, and firm in his professional practice. His pro-activeness, enthusiastic business mind and entrepreneurial skills propel him to challenge himself in all his endeavors.
