• Oversee drilling operations to ensure efficient and safe drilling practices
  - Supervise drilling crew to ensure adherence to drilling procedures and safety protocols

- Lead the activities in the control room as well as field operations to maintain stable and smooth operation of deep water FPSO topsides facilities and deep-water smart production wells, water injection wells and gas injection wells.
- First line Supervision of Control Room Operators and Production Technicians, whilst maintaining a presence in production areas as operational needs dictate.
- Responsible for daily production reporting (DPR) as well daily KPI reporting to client using Kanepi reporting tool. (Report requirements include Oil Production Performance, Gas Production & Handling Performance, Water Injection Performance, Equipment Availability and Utilisation, Critical Activity & Equipment updates as well as other gatekeepers such as flaring limitations, OWOBs analysis, SCE preventative maintenance daily attainment).
