1. Led Business Development efforts of the firm; developed a pipeline of potential opportunities for new projects, clients and partnerships in three country offices - Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria

2. Led proposal development and ensured a win rate of at least 15 projects annually generating at least $1.5 million in revenue

3. Managed the Project Management Office, including providing high quality assurance and working with all project managers to ensure deliverables are met as well providing oversight on all projects implemented

4. Support development of TKG's new businesses, other initiatives and programs, including the development of Fieldworkz, a data collection software package

5. The World Bank - Served as the Research Manager for The World Bank - Ghana Gender and Labour Study. I led the proposal writing, developed an implementation plan and training materials; trained and managed a team of 30 researches to collect data from 1000 respondents across 7 regions in Ghana.

6. Gallup - Served as a Research Manager for the 2020 Ghana Gallup World Poll, a nationwide public opinion poll. I trained and managed a team of 50 researches and completing 4000 phone interviews

7. ASA/WISHH - Served as a Research Manager for the USDA/American Soybean Association's Final Evaluation of the Assisting in the Management of Poultry and Layer Industries with Feed Improvement and Efficiency Strategies (AMPLIFIES) project. Tasks I completed included developing training materials and training the research team, writing high-level reports as well as overall oversight.

8. Pew Research Institute - Served as the Research Coordinator for the Pew 2020 Global Attitude Survey.

9. UNODC - Served as the Project Coordinator for the United Nations Office for Drugs and Crime’s (UNODC) - National Situational and Needs Assessment of HIV/HBV/HCV/TB and health in Prisons in Ghana

10. USAID/NORC at the University of Chicago - I served as a Research Coordinator for the performance evaluation of the USAID-funded “Supporting Deforestation Free Cocoa in Ghana” project Bridge Phase.

11. DFID - Served as a Research Assistant for UK Department for International Development (DFID)’s Baseline for the Ghana Business Enabling Environment Programme (BEEP) project.

12. Solidaridad West Africa, Liberia - Served as the Project Coordinator (remote) for the Mid-Term Evaluation of the European Union (EU) funded Liberia Cocoa Sector Improvement Programme.
