Accomplishments

  • Embarked on a green certification project for the Standard Chartered Building which successfully ensured EDGE certification for the building. EDGE stands for Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies. EDGE is an innovation of IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. EDGE enables developers and builders to quickly identify the most cost-effective strategies to reduce energy use, water use and embodied energy in materials.
  • Reduction in water utility bill at SCB Building through the installation of an irrigation system to rechannel waste water from the sewage treatment plant to irrigate the landscape.
  • Progressively reducing electricity bill at SCB Building by installing motion sensors at the parking levels and the implementation of strict energy conservation policies.
  • Progressively reduced cost of waste collection in the SCB Building by implementing waste segregation.
  • Through efficient maintenance system put in place two multi-national companies (Google and Newmont Ghana Limited have rented space in the SCB Building. The spaces is serving as their headquarters in Ghana.
  • Managed effectively rental space at Maxmart, 37 which led to 100% occupancy rates as at 31st December 2015.
  • Through persistence effort ensured that an 800A Global Transfer Switch Electronic Control (GTEC) was installed at Ecobank e-Process office at Kanda, Accra.
  • Kept clean safety record at Maxmart-37, Ecobank E-process, the Law Courts Complex building and Standard Chartered Bank Building.
  • As a result of excellent service delivery, all hard facilities management services at Law Courts Complex were handed over to Broll Ghana.
  • Develop the Tema Area as a leading revenue generating source for Expresso products (both data and voice products).This saw a rise in the number of point of sales from 4,545 to 9,895 within two months.
  • Recruited the best performing dealers and distributors of Expresso products in Ghana.
  • Initiated the launch of attractive data promotion such as Family Home Work Phone.
