• Key Responsibilities:
• Operation and monitoring of automated systems in the production of syrups of various beverage products.
• Prepare and execute routine maintenance schedules for electrical machines and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults.
• Supervise shift teams for efficient production.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all operational procedures.
• Creating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for monthly reporting of Blending activities.
• Training of new personnel.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Installation of electric motors and pumps
• Laying cables from field devices to control panel
• Termination of field devices in control panel
• Installation of Proximity Sensors, Level Sensors, Pneumatic Control Valves and Pressure Transmitters
• Commissioning of Blending Facility. Activities included: testing of field devices for proper operation, Passivation of Blending Tanks and pipelines and Cleaning In Place (CIP) in Blending Tanks and Pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installation of contactors, MCBs and MCCBs.

· Installation of electric motors.

· Repair and maintenance of electric motors and cranes.

· Wiring of motor control circuits.

· Troubleshooting and repair of electric faults.

· Maintenance of power transformers.

• Energy meter calibration, installation and repair
• Safety Training and Audit
• Transformer Oil Testing
• Technical audit of switchyard and control room.

• Electric lines inspection, fault location and clearance
• Replacement of HRC fuses
• Operation and control of SF6 circuit breakers
• Maintenance of battery banks and power transformers
• Monitoring and recording of System Voltages, Currents and Power Factor in the Control Room.

• Installation and maintenance of Distribution Transformers
• Routine inspection of electric lines, fault location and clearance
• Installation and repair of HRC Fuses and circuit breakers.
