I am an innovative, compassionate, level headed and experienced servant leader, and a practicing Christian. I have played various roles as a leader in my profession and organization, this include, management of human resources, management of organization, ensuring availability and supply of logistics, and collaboration with like- minded individuals and organizations. My practice as a registered nurse for about nineteen (19) years has equipped me as a noble individual in the community, with the ability to manage diversity and ensure transformational leadership. I also managed the affairs of nurses, at the district (county) level and regional (state/province) levels as the general secretary of Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association, overseeing about 600 and 16,000 nurses respectively, taking care of their welfare and total wellbeing. Hence, I have managed organizations and people through professional nurses organizations. The quest for a higher education and knowledge in management of people, led me to study MBA. International Relations and Diplomacy at University of Cumbria, Lancaster (UK).
