WATER AND SEWAGE TREATMENT / MECHANICAL SITE INSPECTOR 2019 TILL DATE
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform routine rounds of the plant, inspect operations, collecting of samples, noting and observation that serves as a basis for operation.
  • Operating a PLC automated boiler water treatment system. This system is a set of Ultra-filtration, seawater reverse osmosis and GE electrode ionization equipment.
  • Running and monitoring the plant’s industrial sewage treatment system which includes an oily-water separator, filter fibers, pumps and compressor fans.
  • Keeping the plant’s equipment in good working condition by inspecting and logging pressure and other indicator information.
  • Identifying and rectifying abnormalities in equipment when equipment indicators are out of set range.
    Supervising the dosing of chemicals used in treatment of seawater for use by the boiler and subsequently the steam turbine.
  • Trouble shooting of pumps, water treatment machine (SCF, UF, SWRO, 1st and 2nd RO and (EDI), Chlorine Generator.
    Testing of free Chlorine in water in UF and SWRO, 1st and 2nd RO and concentration rate of water in sea pool and circulating water for the steam turbine.
  • Understudying the Gas Turbine operations.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks, inspections on the 9E Gas Turbine, steam Turbine and Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) and preventative maintenance tasks to identify any potential issues and ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
  • promptly responds to alarms, and emergency situations by taking appropriate actions to mitigate potential risks, maintain safety, and minimize downtime.


BASIC KNOWLEDGE ON CRUDE OIL TREATMENT DEPARTMENT 2018

  • Supervise the unloading crude oil.
  • Inspection at the oil area.
  • Electrostatic test using spectrometer.
  • Start-up and shut-down operation.
  • Sewage discharge.
  • Sump oil collection.


BASIC KNOWLEDGE ON LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS DEPARTMENT 2017

  • Purging all pipeline with nitrogen gas before LNG arrives.
  • checking for leaks on the pipeline and storage tanks with gas detector.
  • Offloading nitrogen to various storage tanks.
  • Operating on PLC and manual valves operation.
  • Inspection of Equipment.
  • Trouble shooting on pumps, valves and filter.
