CORNELIUS BAWA UPOALKPAJOR

Cornelius has been a Principal Health Tutor/Lecturer in College of Health - Yamfo from May, 2023 to presently. Prior to this, Cornelius worked in the same capacity in Nursing and Midwifery training College - Kpembe for eight (8) years. I began my professional career at East Gonja District Health Administration as the District Health Information Officer for five (5) years. Cornelius has a Master of Public Health degree from Hanoi Medical University in Vietnam and a Bsc. in Public Health and Allied Sciences from the Catholic University of Ghana - Fiapre. I obtained a diploma in Health Information from College of Health and Wellbeing - Kintampo. Cornelius has interest in health systems strengthening and decision support systems for health care management and administration. As a person with a great deal of exposure in health care I wish to delve into a more human centered position where I would have direct contact with incapacitated patients to lend my God given compassion and zeal to support humanity. For Cornelius, personal care provision would not just be a job position but a service to humanity regardless of race, religion, or ethnicity. I have the following attributes: Honest, intelligent, well presented and promising young man able to work under little or no supervision. Disciplined, flexible but very committed at achieving organizational goals according to timelines. Self-motivated team player able to work with and among people with diverse backgrounds and cultures. Able to withstand challenges and take lessons out of every challenge overcome. An assertive individual with a pleasing personality and good communication skills. In summary, I am able to accomplish tasks for people, with people and through people.
