  • The Government of Ghana had secured World Bank’s support through the Ghana Economic Management Strengthening (GEMS) Technical Assistance Project to strengthen public investment management, among others. Deliverables for the sub-components were: Development of ICT-Based Monitoring and Evaluation System; Finalisation of the Ghana Infrastructure Plan and its Highlights and; Development of Infographics and Promotional Videos for the Ghana Infrastructure Plan (GIP). I worked in close collaboration with the project coordinator and other team members to achieve results for the sub-component.

  • The Forum was a monthly dialogue directed at discussing critical national development issues. It aimed at engendering citizen participation in the national development process and to elicit their inputs into the formulation of national policies.   • Abstract: The article examines the impact of terms of trade volatility on economic growth and the sources of terms of trade volatility for selected ASEAN countries. By adopting a panel cointegration method, this study finds that fluctuations of oil price and non-fuel raw material price index have caused terms of trade volatility, which limits economic growth.
