Experience mining maintenance and engineering professional with 13 years’ experience in fixed plant and mobile equipment maintenance(process plant, underground infrastructure and surface mining operations) management typically in asset management, fleet management, team management, strategist, system efficiency improvement driver and project management lead. I have held management roles in both asset management, project management, engineering operations and engineering technical. This has built in me extensive knowledge in engineering standards, equipment optimization and asset management. Mechanical engineer by profession, holding a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. I also hold governance certificate of competency in engineering manager and engineering superintendent and a member of Ghana institute of engineers. Additionally,a certified project management professional (PMP) from the project management institute. Currently holding the role of Mine Maintenance Superintendent at Newmont Ghana Gold Limited.
