With over 35 years of experience in foreign operations, trade finance, and banking operations, I have worked with four universal banks throughout my career. Starting as a banking officer at Bank for Housing, I quickly progressed to become the head of the Foreign Operations Department at Amalgamated Bank. My career reached new heights when I joined Sahel Sahara Bank (BSIC) as the head of banking operations, overseeing both the foreign and local operations units. This role continued at OmniBSIC Bank Ghana Limited, where I maintained my position as the head of banking operations. During my time at BSIC Gh (Sahel Sahara Bank), I gained extensive expertise in advisory services related to central bank directives, bank products, and account management for both banks and customers. As the group head of banking operations at OmniBSIC Bank, I successfully managed 40 branches and played a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence. Additionally, I provided valuable guidance to financial sector clients on prudent financial management while handling staffing matters for over 400 operational staff members. Currently working as a consultant with OmniBSIC Bank, I collaborate with the group head of banking operations to review policies and standard operating procedures in line with recent regulations and approved banking standards. Furthermore, I actively contribute to strengthening various departments within the group.
