Intern
- I rotated in the Housekeeping, Food and beverage and the front office departments
- I assisted the house keepers to clean rooms, fixtures on the corridor of the hotel and attended to guests who needed sanitary items at the housekeeping department
- I started my work at the food and beverage department from the restaurant where I received calls and greeted guests at the door every morning during our breakfast buffet
- I also polished cutlery and serving ware before every meal
- The kitchen was my next station in the department where I took stock and cleaned the fridges and counters every morning and also did mise en place for the chefs and cooks to prepare meals for our guests
- I ended my internship at the Front office department as a receptionist where I received both internal and external calls and attended to walk in guests
- We hosted a local concert with a popular artist on my final day of internship
