*Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all clients.Eg dusting,mopping etc.

*Ability to work independently.

*Checking and recording vital signs.

*Uses infection prevention control methods throughout every procedure.

*Taking adequate medical,social,economic and family history.

*Apply dressing to wound.

*Provide bed pan service .

*Bed making

*Feed new-born babies whose mothers are in critical condition.

*Assisting a patient with activities of daily living.

*Assisting with bed bathing.

*Monitor patient condition,including reading , interpreting and updating senior staff.

*Administration of medication.

*Admission and discharging of a patient from ward.

*Helping to feed a defenceless client.

*Checking of vital signs and recording them.

*Providing in-home treatment and support service to individuals and families who need them. This includes blood pressure monitoring, pain management,serving of medication and wound care.

*Conducts assessment on the venerable. That is the children under five, aged and pregnant women and refer when necessary.

*Provides school health services. (Checking of weight, screening, examination from head to toe. )

*Conduct child welfare clinic.

*Participating in Community outreach by distributing public health information at work place and other community setting.
