Executive Assistant
In my role as an Executive Assistant, I
- Organize and manage a complex calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication flow.
- Provide administrative support in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation required for daily business activities.
- Maintain confidential records and files related to executive operations.
- Conduct research on various topics as requested by executives or senior management personnel.
