A graduate from Vinesthy Catering Institute, a catering institute with 5 star rating in Ghana, where I have been equipped in areas such as food hygiene, menu planning, food service, health and safety and the study of commodities. I believe with my three years’ experience in the classroom, outdoor catering activities and attachments has made me a chef of substance. I am a natural innovator, humble and hardworking. I am always pivotal in a teamwork and so far, I have been able to work under pressure both in teaching practice and in the real time world.
