Additionally, I optimized internal systems by structuring format entry, tool management, revenue reporting, and workflow tracking, ensuring a more organized and efficient operation.

I spearheaded the redesign and development of custom UI components for our company's internal dashboard, leveraging Tailwind CSS to enhance code organization and consistency. My focus on reusable and modular code significantly improved maintainability and performance.

I played a key role in migrating the dashboard from React.js to Next.js with TypeScript, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining structure and uniformity with Tailwind CSS. Additionally, I converted our custom components into shadcn to establish a solid foundation for our new design system. The entire process—from conversion to testing and final implementation—was completed within a month, significantly streamlining our frontend development process.

As part of our long-term frontend strategy, I led the research into microfrontend solutions and proposed the adoption of module federation, which has since become our go-to approach for implementing microfrontends. Furthermore, I am actively defining frontend code standards and common practices for the team at Retraced. This includes guidelines on folder structure, API calls, UI and logic separation, testing, VS Code snippets, and other best practices to ensure consistency across the codebase.

In addition to development, I have effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features. My work has extended to designing wireframes and mockups in Figma, ensuring a well-defined and user-centric approach to UI/UX. I led the website’s development using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Contentful, implementing responsive design principles with a mobile-first approach to improve user experience across various devices.

I have also introduced visually appealing animations and transitions to enhance user engagement and significantly improved dashboard accessibility, including the implementation of a multi-language feature. Expanding from English-only support to an additional 10 international languages has greatly improved the platform’s usability.

To ensure optimal performance and accessibility, I conducted thorough diagnostics using Google's Web Core Vitals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. This has ensured our platform continuously evolves while maintaining high performance and accessibility standards.

My role has encompassed end-to-end feature ownership, from conception and design to execution and refinement. Beyond building new features, I have also enhanced existing ones for better performance, code readability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

I quickly familiarized myself with the company's preferred tools, technologies, and architecture, including MobX and Parse Server.

I modified the existing React Native template using TypeScript to align with the company's design specifications, ensuring consistency and maintainability.

Working closely with a project manager, I took ownership of key deliverables, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project goals.

I actively participated in regular code reviews and enhancements, contributing to improved code quality and best practices.

Additionally, I proposed new Figma designs and mockups with enhanced UX, refining the UI to better align with the company's feature set and user needs.

Collaborating with both local government and international agencies, I gathered requirements and contributed to designing mockups that aligned with stakeholder needs.

I also designed and built a multi-vendor dashboard that accommodated two types of vendors and a super admin, facilitating seamless application processing and communication between selected local banks and vendors.
