Summary
I’ve spent a lot of time working within the Ghana Education Service, and if my time as an educator has taught me anything, it is that curriculum development isn't just about the paperwork. It’s what actually happens inside the classroom that matters. I’ve always focused on how to really get students engaged and involved. Static lessons don't work, so I lean on interactive methods,stuff that actually sticks and makes sense.
At the end of the day, you have to build an environment where everyone feels like they are part of the process. I believe in use of collaborative spaces and I guess my main priority has always been finding assessment strategies that actually reflect what a student knows. It’s about driving success and growth through tools that work for real people, not just meeting a set of generic standards. One thing is certain: keeping a classroom manageable requires a balanced approach to planning and people.
