· Designing and implementing work schedules for the junior electrical staff at the 48 Engineer Regiment.

· Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.

· Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff for senior military officers homes and offices.

· Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.

· Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.

· Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.

· Overseeing the purchasing components wires, plugs, fuses, meters etc and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.

· Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.

· Supervise installation of other power equipment from the kitchen, hospital and other facilities of the military

· Maintaining a safe and clean work area.

· Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.

•Reading blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the placement of outlets and fixtures

• Installing wiring for BXC in house building projects, warehouse, Office projects.

• Maintenance of electrical metering systems.

• Installing ECG prepaid meters in Accra West and Accra East regions.

• Inspecting transformers and circuit breakers to ensure they are up to code.

• Identifying electrical problems using specialized tools like voltmeters, cable testers, thermal scanners, and ammeters

• Repairing and replacing wiring and equipment using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, saws, drills, wire strippers, and conduit breakers

• Directing and training fellow workers to install, maintain, and repair wiring and metering systems.

• Installation of solar panels for a 20MW solar power projects in in Central Region of Ghana.
