• Successfully delivered multiple multimillion-dollar projects including mine-wide electrical projects from surface to underground (Low and medium voltage refurbishment and new construction at the processing plant and underground operations, High voltage on the surface operations). These were done by developing a hybrid and agile project management approach to the project for both refurbishment works and new constructions.
• Successfully delivered multiple civil, structural and mechanical works in both underground and processing plant.
• Successfully delivered the construction of the BIOX dam.

SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND DISPOSAL AND MANAGEMENT OF E-WASTE IN GHANA.

• Team Lead; Baseline assessment on e-waste recycling in Accra: This comprised a comprehensive survey of all e-waste-related companies and associations in Ghana to assess their current capacity and their plans for recycling. Through these visits of companies and informal sector e-waste scrap dealers in Accra and Kumasi. Valuable trust and networks in the e-waste recycling industry. The baseline studies gave a snap view of the current industry situation in Ghana. The study was conducted by GIZ and report submitted to GIZ and the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology; Ghana.
• Training and Capacity Building for informal recyclers. Designed the first policy framework for the E-Waste programme, implementation of socio- economic activities, and training strategies concerning sustainable e-waste management, economic development, environmental awareness as well as health and safety awareness.
• Formation of Scrap Associations: The project actively supported the formation of Scrap Dealers Association, in Kumasi and improvement of already formed associations and currently helped them to develop modalities to establish a buy-back centre. Through this technical support, a strong network with the informal scrap dealers and have become informal technical advisor to their operations in Kumasi.
• Capacity Development for GASDA and Dagomba Scrap Dealers Association: Constructed and implemented a recycling facility in Kumasi for the Dagomba Scrap Dealers Association.
• Incentive Payment System for e-waste fractions: have played a leading role and coordinated the development of the incentive system, the first pilot of incentive payment system for Kumasi. Through this pilot, polyurethane insulation foam was saved from burning to pollute the atmosphere and was was diverted for sound recycling. The results of this pilot payment system will served as a lesson for the national e-waste strategy.
• Developed and implemented a stakeholder register and coordinating various partners within th. waste management sector.
• Developed Social and Economic programmes and action plans including informal sector e- waste training and support in synchronization with the organization’s objectives of the E-waste programme.
• Successfully managed the design, construction of an e-waste training workshop, a clinic and a football pitch for Greater Accra Scrap Dealer Association.

MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR CONSTRUCTION OF GHANA GAS PLANT, L.P.G LOADING GANTRY AND L.P.G PIPELINES

• Successfully managed multiple million dollar multiple project plans and schedules and delivered an LPG loading gantry and Natural Gas Transfer stations in various regions in Ghana.
