First, I wanted to have a better understanding of drinks and how I can use them in mixing and the perfect ways to serve them to get my customers keep drinking, so by reading and researching, I found out things like soft drink: it is a drink usually containing carbonated water, a sweetener and natural or artificial flavour, while alcohol is a drug found in drinks like beer, wine, champagne, liqueur and liquor.  Alcohol is a depressant drug; it slows down various sections of the brain and the central nervous system. This affects your ability to control behaviours in the bodily function like thinking, talking, walking and even breathing. Alcohol is described as a psychoactive drug which means a drug that affects the mind, brain and mental processes. Some drugs have more alcohol level than others. The type of alcohol found in all drinks is known as ethanol. Ethanol is a colourless and inflammable fluid,

So in knowing all of these, I found out a better way to put them together in quantities and measures to make perfect cocktails and the right way to serve them.

So this little knowledge helped me in inventing my own cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes and fresh juice.
