Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating Therakidz’s administration system and general workflows
- Developing and managing administrative procedures and systems to make operations more efficient
- Supervising and evaluating the performance of therapists and other administrative staff
- Organising schedules, meetings, and interviews
- Facilitating communication throughout a company and collaborating with other managers
- Preparing monthly operations reports
- Hiring personnel and assigning tasks and office space
- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems and initiatives aligned with the overall organisational strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Engage with stakeholders, including families, community groups, schools, and other professions, to ensure their perspectives and needs are considered in HR strategies and practices.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans, ensuring a vibrant, inclusive workforce.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system and that drives high performance.
- Design and implement training and mentoring programs in collaboration with clinical supervisors
- Nurture a positive working environment and a culture of respect and understanding towards the unique challenges faced by individuals with autism.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
