Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Therakidz’s administration system and general workflows
  • Developing and managing administrative procedures and systems to make operations more efficient
  • Supervising and evaluating the performance of therapists and other administrative staff
  • Organising schedules, meetings, and interviews
  • Facilitating communication throughout a company and collaborating with other managers
  • Preparing monthly operations reports
  • Hiring personnel and assigning tasks and office space
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems and initiatives aligned with the overall organisational strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including families, community groups, schools, and other professions, to ensure their perspectives and needs are considered in HR strategies and practices.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans, ensuring a vibrant, inclusive workforce.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system and that drives high performance.
  • Design and implement training and mentoring programs in collaboration with clinical supervisors
  • Nurture a positive working environment and a culture of respect and understanding towards the unique challenges faced by individuals with autism.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
