• Monitor product levels at the terminal including product receipts and daily inter-depot transfers
• Raise collection orders for inter-depot transfers
• Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations, minimizing risk exposure for the organization.
• Maintain communication between depot management, TSL and BOST management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Safety, Operations, Customs and NPA) to address complex issues, leading to more efficient problem-solving processes.

• Develop and implement safety, health and environmental protection programs to ensure smooth and safe operations.

• Investigate workplace accidents to identify root causes, develop and implement corrective action to prevent re-occurrence.
• Perform risk assessments for all non-routine jobs and implement controls for residual risks.
• Advise personnel on best practices, ensure compliance and a healthy work environment
• Perform preloading inspection on all road tankers to ensure safety
• Perform biweekly facility inspection and inspection of loading gantry to ensure facility and equipment safety

• Monitor, manage and maintain petroleum product pressures in pipelines and storage tanks
• Select the right pipeline network for daily product loading. Ensure the correct valves opened and pumps started (Line preparation).
• Take daily dips to determine product volume (Using charts), reconcile and maintain stocks at the end of daily operation and on product receipt.
• Check daily product quality by checking for water, taking temperature and density measurements

Helped increase product quality by identifying over 20 road tankers that brought in contaminated product to the oil terminal within the period of my internship

• Read and analyze seismic data and well logs
• Use information from above to characterize formation and identify reservoirs.
